like autoexec.bat in the old days did.
it doenst seam like it does any more, at least not om my computer (WinXP)
any other file you can but command into, just before windows is 100% booted?

if i'm correct service applications run before the user has logged in...
not 100% sure though

yeah services run before the user logges in, also i think keys in RunServices are run before the user logges in. The Run and RunOnce keys are run after the user has logged in.

Services run before user is logged in , it runs as SYSTEM ..
