i've looked around and i haven't found anything to secure these with unless of course by getting the patch... is there anyway to secure it remotely? thanks

the patch can be run remotly and in silent mode..
try patch.exe /? to get a list of switches.

exactly. just run patchname.exe -q
q for quiet

even though if you are installing it on your own pc and you have to click next and it will still install it completely?

you don't have to click next with the -q option. you can also do a -f to force a reboot. it's alittle nasty, but sometimes required

The exploits Ive seen relies on a nullsession doesnt it??
Restrict null (IPC$) in your registry.
