After alot of searching for a free and simple windows honeypot that works, I finally ran across one.

KFSensor, at least the trial version does extremly simple emulation of services and logs access. There is an option for more advanced emulation.

Trial version available for download attached to this post.

If your looking for a simple quick to set up honeypot this will work.
