Ok,
well I have searched Google and have not found a way to setup a proxy when I am behind a firewall. Is this simple?

My configuration:
Cable Modem
Linksys router
computer

Put the computer in a DMZ or use port forwarding. Google or search this forum for NAT, or port forwarding for more information.
