Well I found this little app that might be of use to someone ..

I found this software extremely easy to use. First you download it and save it to your desktop. Then you open the program. It'll automatically find every Flash file you have on your computer. In my case it even pulled up every Flash ad I've clicked on. If you watch a lot of Flash animation or short films from sites such as Mondo and Atom Films, this is a great way to keep all your files in one place.
