Hrmm... I am using plain mIRC version 6.12 and i set all the settings corrctly...
downloaded and uploaded freely..
and suddenly i cant upload...

Any ideas?

it started after i downloaded firewall.zip (the port closing application).

it probably closed your dcc ports, i dont know the dcc por range but try to fnid out and open the range with that script firewall ya gat. and i suggest instea of that u can always get a real firewall. biggrin.gif

when it worked before you installed the "firewall" i should have something to do with it.
try to disable the effects of the firewall and test again when it than works, choose a differebt configuration of it or usé another

define the dcc ports in mIRC under dcc options and then forward them in your firewall smile.gif it should work then......

basically these ports are from 1024 to 5000 or something like that... just say 1024-1030 and forward these ones..
