I have a problem uploading scan500.exe to a server. The file gets intercepted by the AV. I tried to modify it with Stealth Tools v2.0 .exe (http://areyoufearless.com/) but no luck.
Does anybody have working modified scan500.exe or give me some tips on how to modify the file?

Heh..did u bother to search the board. You're question was asked and anwsered before. Someone already posted a modded scan500 to be undetectable.

Upx or Exe Stealth does the job if its not packed already.
