I need help in how to patch a media exploit, remotely.

Well, patching it locally, I can go to the MS site and download it.
My question was how to patch it remotely...

from another MS patch:
app.exe -switch

-u: Unattended mode
-f: force other progs to close when the puter shuts down
-n: do not back up files for Uninstakk
-o: overwrite OEM files witout prompting
-z: do not restart when install complete
-q: Quiet mode
-l: list installed hotfixes

so prolly -q is what you need.
In any case run locally the fix with app.exe /? and it will tell you
