this is the win32 version of hping by snooq
Usage: hwing [options] host

-h Show this help menu
-v Show version number
-c Stop after count response packets.
-i Interval in X (seconds) or uX (micro seconds)
-M Set sequence number
-a Spoof source address
-p Destination port
-s Source port
-R Set RST tcp flag
-S Set SYN tcp flag
-A Set ACK tcp flag
-F Set FIN tcp flag
-P Set PSH tcp flag
-U Set URG tcp flag
