My friend made this tool in C. Ive had this tool for some time now thought id share it with you all. Works by trying to login over and over into a account on msn/hotmail after a few invaild logins the auto lock sets it thanks to hotmail and when the user trys to login to the account it says "account blocked". The account that is being locked the user ccant login to the mail services and msn messenger with the account. The real kickass thing about this tool is it allows you to control when you want to unlock the account.

If user reset the password account will be unlocked. Also Hotmail advise user about problem.
