i trying to do a program that send a HEX string to a ip:port and w8 to receive a HEX string too...
if possible running multiple threads

Like a hex packet? If just a string can use winsock controls in visual basic.

Add a winsock control.

Winsock1.Connect "IP" , "PORT"
Winsock1.SendData ("String")
