Is there a possibility to haxor an nt whan i have a useraccount. To up the files i found it but how to start them?

well,
yes there is...
but...
you would need to use a rights escalation exploit...
some things r possible as user... like upload files, download files, use and do simple things, in normal directories (everything depending on the security settings)...
but in order to do some serious things, you would have to escalate your rights...
look around on this site, or google a bit, and you'll find the answer sooner or later...
