This is an add-on (.dll) to Serv-U
What it does basically it limits the downloads/uploads on the server either by username, group, or ip.
It resets the limits every day, or You can specify the day of the week when to reset.
I DID NOT MADE THIS .DLL!!!
It was made by some guy in Taiwan.......
btw... You won't believe how many good tools Asian people have..lol
