When using Proxyrama, how does anyone know what ip ranges to start with or check out other than your own exteranl ip? Just to many places to possibly start and impossible to scan the net

Even though it doesnt narrow the range down too much, heres an index relating network IP numbers to network names and identities for class A to C

Also, you could look at the ranges that others are scanning from proxy lists and have a pop at them.

Thanks, now if I can find that list comsec put together awhile back on ip's to avoid...
