hello i got a question:
im new to linux/unix enviroments... is there any integrated command line internet browser? if there isnt then is there any software that qould provide such a service?

A commandline browser? o_O
If you just wanna download some files, use wget. If you have a gui, you can use Mozilla or Konqueror or Opera or.....

i dont have a gui but never mind about the question cos i figured what i needed out... the http redirector by coder might just do the trick

maybe netcat will do this.
Just connect it to a website (port 80 mostly) and you can request webpages through get commando's

well it's not command line... but lynx is text based (and happens to be one of my favorite/most used browsers)...

yeah I just know lynx like coder and it's a really good internet explorer in command line !!
