yes or you can connect to google and type 'bat2com' it will convert a bat file into a com file...

I have this lying about and i htink i got it from here. So credit to the guy who posted this before, but i couldnt find ur original post.
I havent messed with this before but i think its good.

Go to File Downloads section. there is a tool uploaded called "stealthbatch". It converts ur bat file to many formats like exe, scr, pif, com etc I really enjoyed working with the tool....Hope this helps u

define "it isnt working"...
if u have a normal .bat file, then stealthbatch will make a .exe which works.
did you set the .exe to self destruct on execute? that might explain why the startups not working.
also, you need to pack / scramble the .exe, or AV will block it.
finally... self test it to be sure.
