he wants to upload and start remote scanner(fxsvc.exe) so it wont be detected by antivir or trojan removers

It's possible. I made it. Absolutely no antivirus or trojan scanner are able at this moment to detect "my" version of fxsvc.exe.
So here's some suggestions to realize that :
-> try some "exe cryptor" altough they're not so good to 'stealth' your file. (but sometimes good surprises, try for example EXE Stealth, but it's commercial software).
-> try to combine different .exe compressor like upx with upx-protector
-> And the more important : make your OWN patch with an hex editor, at least.
You have to make some tests, but some combinations will give you *working* undetectable fxsvc... For a certain time at least ;-)
