in one of the bat files its part of a cheesie root kit that looks like a standard xdcc (iroffer) in here smss.exe kit ir.conf is the config file listener.exe will be netcat or another proggie that you can spawn a shell off of. cygwin will be for iroffer the other dll will be for serveu FTP daemon .
