TCP uses sequence numbers for trust and anti spoof
What does udp use for anti spoof???

easy: UDP doesn't care.
You can send as many spoofed packets as you want. Ofcourse: responses will be send back to spoofed address. That's why UDP is favorite DoS protocol.
Mind you: Some ISP's use Unicast Reverse Path Forwarding filters (URPF) on their routers; This means that they check if a routes exists for a packet that is send over a specific interface. (see cisco.com). This applies on IP level, so also for everything on top of IP (such as UDP,TCP,..)
