I've seen via the search function some possibilities of gaining admin privileges on a nt kernel box.

What I didn't see was how a typical PC repair shop would access the admin account on a nt 4/5 kernel box since many home users have no clue what the admin account pwd is let alone a ERD. So how do repair shops fix these PC's with clueless owners?
