I think we are listing proxy's but with just one proxy the security isn't the maximum available.
Also, i think there are few users know how to chain multiple proxy's (i don't know for example how to do this!!!)
Anyone knows how we could chain multiple proxy's ?

Also i think it would be valuable to try to make a .bat that will open a text file like proxy's.txt and test them all if they work. (anyone having ideas how to do this?)

Grab a copy of AA Tools mate.
Its really good at checking if the proxy is online, and also what level the proxy is

AAtools to check them (really good), or dipstick (smaller & easyer tool mainly used for speed tests by ping requests, /!\not as good & complete as AAtools/!\)
To chain socks I use sockschain, & sockscap to associate it to some programs, i dont chain http proxy often because of the speed issue it gives... but u should try A4proxy
See the attached file for more infos about proxy chaining (file grabbed from some NG).
{edit}
I've just found another checking prog, it sounds good, but didn't try it:

Proxyrama is a tool for finding and testing proxy servers. it will test them for anonymity, speed, if it's a gateway proxy, https support (=chainability) and geographical location. furthermore, it can be used as a local proxy server that redirects your traffic through a arbitrarily long chain of anonymous proxies. it is small, fast, and easy to use. |

How does all this "increase security" personally it appears to decrease security, by allowing more and more programs to be installed on your system. But then again covering your tracks really isn't increasing security it's decreasing the chances of you being caught for what your doing.

if i use a proxy security increases cause when someone scans me he will finally hack the proxy.(ex. in irc) also this will cover my tracks.
