I Cant Kill A Process With Kill.exe , Is There Any onther options?

i (filtered) up the scan.exe ( sfind ) and now i cant kill the process

kill.exe has never failed me i just type kill 123 or in flashfxp site exec kill 123 123 being the process number of the app. find it by using tlist.exe

do you have administrator rights or user , - nobody ( the iis account for example on windows systems ) . So if you be not an admin it can happen that your user rights are to low to kill a process .

Ok I*ll Try And Tlist.exe gave me some (filtered) erros.............but i'll ifx it........

when you have only user rights, you kann only kill processes which you own or better which you have started

Yep i hate it when kill.exe just dont work anymore, but pskill has never let me down, that thing will kill anything :-)

Another excelent tool set is pstools, which contains pslist and pskill. I never had any problems to get any process down with them.
There are also a lot of oher tools in for the daily need.

I think the (only) process that can' t be killed with pskill is firedaemon...
