I can exploit and telnet to it, but i can nerver start te service. Can someon help me please.

first ry another dir then system32 maybe created some... or inetpubs and then upload it
1. ftp
2. tftp (server)
then execute servu or whatever
when nothing happens
1. firewalled (close it maybe)
2. servu is already running
3. ur not lucky
4. ...

uhm, to make serv-u a system service on iismedia: impossible
but try with Firedaemon.exe or something else like that, it seems to work??
