Hi friends,
I want some help.. Suppose I am chatting with my friend with Yahoo or MSN messenger, Well, could I get his IP address with it.. From Command Prompt, I typed NETSTAT -N command and I could see some IP addresses, Then I asked my friend to look at his IP, Hey, His IP was not listed in the list which I got with NETSTAT.... I thought that I would get his correct IP with NETSTAT.. Well, can anybody help me to find my friend's IP address and if Possible the username and password he logged in?.. Since he is using WINDOWS and so I am sure that there will be a way to find such things.. Please help big boss..
Gsecure or Dissolutions could guide me into right way.. I am waiting for all other friends opinions too..

i think netstat only lists the ones you have direct connections... i dunno in msn or yahoo... but in irc if you send, lets say a pic, thru dcc ull be able to get the ip thru netstat...

So you want more than his IP, you now want his password? Manu, youve been here long enough to know that sort of request is not welcomed around here.
And if you dont know his username, how did you add him to your messenger? (username is his email addy).
