Hey.
Wondering if anyone doin' C# programming?
And if you do, have you done any nice programs?
I've just begun my MCAD training (Microsoft Certified Application Developer) and I'm into my second week of C#.. Done a few simple programs.. Nothing big. Now I'm wondering weather anyone else out there has some nice lil' tips on where I can find some nice material?

I generally avoid C# ; I aim more at portable langauges such as C/ perl.

There's a group developing the .NET framework to *nix platforms and such.

I'm not 100% sure about if the framework is an official part of Microsoft Windows yet, but, I'm sure it will be in the near future.
There's much potential in the .NET Framework if you ask me..
And there's some group(s?) working on a port to the nix environment, so you can use the libs and stuff to create programs in nix environments =)
I hope to see more of that developement soon, would be great to develop cross-platform using C# :-)

there are 2 projects porting .net to the *nix world
one is mono: hxxp://www.go-mono.com/
other one is dotgnu hxxp://www.gnu.org/projects/dotgnu/
mono looks more promising in my eyes
