I use dialup, so does my victim, which means we both have temporary ip adresses. Is there some way for me to get his ip, next time he connects?

His computer should somehow contact me, or my pc (which also has temp ip) that he is online. Some upload on some third ftp, with time string. So i can check when i go online. Some script (batch?) which activates when connection is established.

Or perhaps there is some more kewl elite hax0r way to do that?

theres a col little trojan called net-devil that has a handy ICQ notifier if you have ICQ it'll work for what you need

you could build a domain name to it with a service to auto update such as http://www.no-ip.com

i also like a lot dyndns.org it allows u to download a client thing too
