iam searching for an script how adds an admin axx in the ipc user string per cmd.

any idea how it works?

like sql securen

But ehm what's the point? it's totally NOT the same as SQL.
SQL = an SQL username, not a Windows username.

Well this is how you can make a new Windows user:
net user USER PASS /add
net localgroup administrators USER /add
