Sometimes in order to make your files execute or make your modifications execute, you need to reboot the system
Then this tool comes in handy

nice tool although i dont like vb apps (dlls runtimes etc...) plus the file size was way to big so i figure my 1kb rebooter was prettier ... havent tested it on all OS's so if it doesnt work let me know

Thank you, I used to have this but I formatted and couldn't find it again. Helps when kill.exe doesn't want to work
