Ive tried this program and it works prefectly........its very fast only takes a few seconds to grab the targets ip.......so far it worked 95% of the time for me.
if you think someone is using it on you just block the username they are trying to send you the file from. This will render the account they are using useless against you.

Yeah it still relies on the file-transfer method so can easily be countered. Not bad overall though.

And it doesnt matter if they dont accept the file they can close the message box once it opens and it still gets the ip

another great program from 8th wonder is Server Robot....tells you what they are running
very neat for sorting out apache,iss,nt etc

Is that so, cause I tried it with a friend and he told me the pogram makes use of a file transfer ... don't know if it works if he cancels the file transfer

The file has to around 1 Meg in size in order to get the IP via a P2P file transfer. But with this program, the file doesn't have to be that big Its really small ... few KB's I think

if the contact receive or connect to webcam you tape netstat and you found the dns after ping (and is god)
