currently working for us. Our clients are Fortune 500 companies in the financial (bank/brokerage),
telecommunications, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and insurance industries.

We currently have an opportunity available for Securities System Analyst to work on-site for a
major Pharmaceutical client in Hopewell, New Jersey. This opportunity is immediate and a minimum
of six months in length.

Utilizing company, divisional and departmental objectives, security measurements have been defined
that aptly portray the state of security in the company. Responsibilities include
Metrics definitions, data collection, development and implementation of procedures and tools and
analysis and reporting. Identify areas that can assist/impede the implementation of these metrics
(process, tools, etc.) and recommend methods to achieve desired results. Utilize trending analysis
to identify areas of improvement or concern and recommend actions (training, standards improvement,
etc.) to drive continuous improvement. Utilize trending techniques and methods to generate metrics
that are both understandable and actionable. Determine and implement optional reporting tools and
formats that clearly portray state of security for topic areas. Skill requirements: Basic understanding/experience
of information security principals and concepts and statistical analysis, hands on experience in
metrics definition, data collection procedures and analysis, experience and understanding of technology
and tools for metric program implementation, excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
including relationship building and facilitation, good analytical thinking and approach, experience
with metrics and/or scorecard techniques and understanding of technologies to implement, self starter,
taking accountability for delivering on commitments.
