hey all!!! any1 ho haxored those media boxes wonders why the have so less rights
thats why im posting this thread cause maybe sum1 find out on ho we have to gain admin rights on those boxes.

any1 ho knows anything about the shell rights please reply and we will find out how to start services etc...!!! cause thats our mission

Ok, Here's the answer, although maybe not the one you'd like....

If you want admin rights (system rights..) then you should first exploit under normal privilidges, so, just succeed the media exploit. After that you would like to have bigger rights, well that's another exploit, a local windows exploit. You have to find a good one that almost everytime works. this is hard, but just find one.. Cuz some ppl here think you can get admin rights with a command, i want to point out that this aint true. You need exploit it locally again to get higher rights, so have a look at local exploits for windows. And hopefully you have some luck.

Good luck, don't PM me asking what local exploit, cuz i dont'know, i only know that this is the way, and you should find something like this. If anyone has a good local exploit i would recommend to post it either here or a new topic, so ppl will be happy with it.
