that can be remotely deployed and captures both sides of a conversation can anyone help?

what i know is that you can log anything on your local computer and it logs chats, but for remote purposes, you have to find a remote sniffer with logging option, then you will filter the packets containing chat data... google for remote sniffers, and you can modify them when they are open-source...
