I am pretty new, and I run a small Phpbb forum, and I was wondering I am looking into exploits so that I can avoid issues, I change password every week, I was wondering how anyone executes these exploits? Like the one at (as follows)

Do they type that in as a url, or? Need to understand this to be able to combat it. Thanks
