hmm are there any other ftpds like serv-u
with the same functions and a remote admin gui.
it should be free(also opensource) and for windows.
the server should also run as service only without any
gui.
i need a nother ftpd because serv-u is too bugi for my home network.
thanks for helping me

ps: sorry for my bad english

Hi m8
If you want an FTP - Server like Serv-u. Only a config file and an EXE you sould give a try to INDIFTPD like Paul posted before here.

well let's assume he only wants to use this nono GUI ftpd because he wants it to run faster. anyway... there is Serv-U FTP Server (of course), and SlimFTPd. I recomend SlimFTPd because it is 15kb, and only needs 2 files, supports FXP too.

You can also Use Radmin (hxxp://www.radmin.com/), but it has a gui
Otherwise I think ioFTPD is the best choice. especially because of the many addons and scripts you can get on the official homepage.
