Maybe my ISP is blocking ports 135?

i have yet to be able to get it to work even one time.

Is there another port i can use other then 135?
Black_hat
Heya
I think your isp blocked This port ... or you're behind the fire wall you can scan this port on other range and see result if u find some ip's with this port allthings is ok ! but if u don't see any ip's it's your conection problem (Behind Firewall or blocked by Router or ......)!
and for more infromation about which port using by rpc visit This link

Get back to basics, check if port 135 is even open. Use a port scanner or telnet to it.

If it's closed you're SOL and that probably means netbios ports are closed too.
