im a bit new with configuring a router, and i was wondering if someone has a Vigor 2600 Router and can tell me howto manage this.
my objective is to run a ftp from my pc and to make dedicated game servers.

Nat Setup -> Open Ports Setup


easy as that

already did that, i opened the ports i needed, but multiple programs and internet online port checkers say that they are closed.
Maybe the problem is my Modem (Thompson modem/router it sez on the box).
It is connected before the router, because my modem provides me a constant internet connect (PPoe).

Maybe this is the problem?
I am now at school so i cant tell you the product number of my modem or show any screenshots, but i will do when i'm home.

I am not sure if you tried RTFM

already did.
