scanms.exe used for scanning the dcom rpc exploit gives some output like below.

what is REMACT?
what is SYSACT?
what is the meaning of the [.....]
what am i supposed to do with my scan when only REMACT is VULN and SYSACT is [.....]

and what am i supposed to do with my scan when only SYSACT is VULN and REMACT is [.....]

What i mean with this question is: When is a server fully vulnerable to the rpc dcom exploit?? Of course i am also interested in what the rest of the scan means.
