Hello,
i've tried to ipc scan @ work, my lan. I've changed admin passwords of 10 computers... all in my dico.
I've tried ipcscan and fxscanner in lan. I have no the same results.
I think they are bugged.

I'm searching for ntscan and smbscan (smbscan : AutoHack addon Coded By XoRo), if someone could put a link... Google can't help me :'(

Thx

Here it is, blatantly isnt for lan testing but its not a really destructive tool so I dont mind.

Thx, but it's not hacking, it's my own lan.
I think ipc is like sql, pretty dead.

Bollocks to 'this is for lan testing only' mate, at least tell the truth. This soooo badly isnt for lan otherwise you would do a full security scan not just NT.

am pretty new to the security lark... will grab this .. always nice to add some tools to the toolkit, but deffo agree a full scan is more useful..

Really, it's just for testing... a few years ago, i was using fxscanner, now i'm to old to hack^^. Just intersted by tools. I don't want to do a full security scan, no need, i've a linux based server, with restauration. But i have installed some XP. Just want to try differents ipc scanners.
If i need it to hack, why would i tell you it's not for ?

I don't think to be deleted for that question, when i see all what is it posted here. I know that ipc is not a major risk or private exploit biggrin.gif

Then i'm looking for smbscan, private version, this is the tool which make me doing some tests...

Sorry for my english wink.gif

xsharezscanner is the best for that.

ipcscan is for ntadmin only

xsharez is for share level only (e.g. 9x with or without pass) and some linux. you can even test to see if the 98 patch has been installed to keep from share passwords being cracked (built in) by using pqwak. old shit. i have it and it is no longer available.

if you are worried about nt admin security disable the "server" service on all computers on the lan. or if it is absolutely nessisary you have file and printer sharing, then make sure your admin password is secure....

email me if you need anything.

i dont frequent here often. just looking for updated ipcscan if there is one... (2.0 here)

p.s. if you use net sec (makes securing the vuln computers automated) i can give you batch code to replace the default .bat that will disable and stop the service...

i testet some nt-scanners. the most don't work correct with larger passlists (ipcscanner, ntscan), fxscanner didn't find anything (i put some ip's and passwords i knew before into the lists), xscan is very slow and finds results which are not working (?). until now i found nothing usefull, going to test xshares now...

P.S.:
i got some results. when i try to connect to share c$ the pass is not working. when i try to use dameware there is no message "wrong password" but i can't list drives, services, registry etc. but all the scanners find these results. what could be wrong whith these boxes?
