I don't know if it's possible. But if you protect iis media and the pc restart you loose your servu !

I think you may just need to patch up and firewall up...

I would recommend installing a personal firewall like the Sygate Personal Firewall which has a lot of features for a free program. The best thing about a personal firewall like it is that even if your machine does get hacked it offers an additional line of defense in that the hacker may not be able to connect to your machine to control it.

So say your machine gets hacked and the hacker is able to activate a program that listens on a port for commands, the firewall will block access to that port. It also blocks programs from accessing the internet outbound, so if they install some trojan or whatever and it tries to establish an outbound connection to a hacker's controlling box it will be stopped.

There are ways around a personal firewall but it does make hacking a box much more difficult. And it helps add to defense in depth.
