about all I can find as far as src or even a exe for stand alone proxy servers are for socks4 (most common) and a couple socks5. So ya if anyone has a https elite exe or source preferribly the latter speak up. Googling on this has brought me nowhere =/ and I searched the archives of GSO as well, still only could find socks4/5.
