hey guys,
sorry 2 bother U but a whole time ago I saw a tut how to install wftp or something on a linux based system.. anyone can help me finding it..
of course ive tried the search engine already but I still cant find it..

another good way is to simply install proftpd and or wftpd and use the webmin interface to configure and control it. very easy, and user friendly.

whats the best linix ftp server and that has remote admin settings or webadmin settings plus for linix how would i be able to send files from Win To Linix and Linix To Win....

You can transfer files per ftp or use Samba, which is compatible with the NetBios protocol. ( www.samba.org )

webmin has a nice proftpd plugin so if you dont now much about it install proftpd & webmin
